More like a mattress pad

I was given one of these as a Christmas gift last year, and at first it seemed like a great addition to my bed. Unfortunately it lost its volume and became flat and thin very quickly, and now functions more like a (very expensive) mattress pad. I just bought a regular fiberbed to try instead . . . it seems like the Ingeo natural fiber quality isn't up to par (yet?)
